I recently acquired a fairly new Kogan LX10 robot vacuum cleaner. How I came to receive it was via a mate who received it as a Christmas present. After a few uses, he decided it was not for him, and he told me if I didn’t take it away it was going in the bin. I took him up on the offer to see if it was as bad as he thought, and to review it for this blog.

Recently I built my first Otto Robot that you will see in my blog post here. I decided I wanted him to do a bit more than just dance all day long as well as make use of his sensors and buzzer. You may have seen this cute toy dancing robot on youtube recently, He goes by various names that have evolved from various open source projects. When a friend gave me the challenge to build him one we picked the Otto version from www.ottodiy.com but with the Otto kit purchased from banggood due to free shipping cost and a better AU exchange rate.
